Q=q×W
Where: Q—the amount of air per unit time required for drying (Nm3/hr)
W—production per unit time (kg/hr)
q—Air volume per unit time required for drying (Nm3/kg-hr)
Calculated is the required unit time air volume, select the dehumidifier with a larger air volume than the calculated value.
For example: The customer needs to dry the PET raw material, the processing capacity is 30kg/hr, and the air volume per unit time required for PET drying:
Corresponding to the "drying capacity comparison table" is 2.4~3.5 m3/kg-hr (this value already contains safety factor, take the maximum value)
Q = q × W = 3.5 × 30 = 105 m3 / hr The air volume is selected to be 105 m3 / hr, so it is appropriate to select GD-120.
