Multi-stage rotary dehumidifier (GD series)
1. Product introduction: In the production process of plastic products, the troubles caused by moisture on the products are always bothering us. GD series rotary dehumidifiers are widely used for drying various plastics, especially for engineering plastics with strong hygroscopicity (such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc.) for efficient dehumidification. The dew point can reach below -50 °C under no-load conditions. There are 13 models in this series, which can be used to dry in low humidity rooms with a maximum dry air volume of 3,000m3/hr.
2. Product Features: Standard configuration 1) GD series rotary dehumidifier adopts advanced new honeycomb runner and environmental protection and energy saving design, which further improves the dehumidification performance. 2) Using molecular sieve as the moisture absorbing substrate, it overcomes the difficulty of traditional honeycomb formation, high cost, easy wear and rapid deterioration. 3) The wheel replacement cost is low, durable and long service life. 4) Dry wind energy reaches an ultra-low dew point below -50 °C. The dehumidification dew point of the room is about -30 °C. 5) The dehumidification barrels inside the runner have good heat separation and high energy efficiency. Compared with other dehumidifiers, energy saving is about 30%. 6) The system adopts the P.I.D temperature control system, which has the functions of regenerative temperature setting and actual temperature display screen. 7) With motor reverse phase and overload protection. 8) The structure is simple and compact, the maintenance is convenient, and the failure rate is extremely low.
Optional configuration 1) Optional PLC control with LCD touch-type human-machine interface, convenient operation and control of automatic operation of the whole machine; 2) Optional dew point meter for easy monitoring of dew point at any time; 3) Optional dry electric heating With the temperature controller, with the drying drum to dehumidify and dry the raw materials; 4) A tripod type cyclone dust collector and oil filter are available. Dew point: Dew point: refers to the temperature at which saturated vapor condensation in the air condenses. At 100% relative humidity, the ambient temperature is the dew point temperature. The lower the dew point temperature is, the smaller the possibility of condensation is, which means that the drier air is, the dew point is not affected by temperature, but it is affected by pressure.
